Refund and Returns Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction is our primary aim at Cactus Quilt. You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return any items you’re dissatisfied with for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return and Refund Authorization:

You can request a refund for items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact. Please note that items that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered cannot be returned. Customized, pre-ordered, or special offer products, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned or refunded. How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team at support@cactusquilt.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return mailing label and instructions. Please note that we won’t accept items returned to us without prior approval for a refund.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival and inform us immediately if any items are broken, damaged, or defective so we can address the issue promptly.

Customized or Personalized Items:

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged. If you have any questions regarding bespoke or personalized products, contact our customer service team at support@cactusquilt.shop for assistance.

Return Shipping Fee:

Customers will not be charged for return shipping if the product is defective or if the return is voluntary.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchange:

We only exchange items that were damaged or defective due to our error. Unfortunately, we’re unable to exchange items for a different color, size, or brand.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@cactusquilt.shop for assistance.
